Detailed track and sill cleaning is not included in the $199 exterior window cleaning offer. These can be quoted as an additional service.

The offer applies to eligible standard residential properties within our service area. Very large homes, properties with an unusually high number of windows, difficult access, multi-storey access requirements or other non-standard conditions may require an additional quote.

We’ll let you know before commencing any work if your property falls outside the standard offer.

That’s okay! However, windows requiring extensive restoration or additional work due to heavy build-up, paint, cement, silicone, stickers, adhesive, mineral deposits or other contaminants may incur an additional charge.

We’ll discuss this with you before carrying out any additional work.

Not necessarily. Because this offer is for exterior window cleaning, we can often complete the service without you being home, provided we have safe access to the required areas.

Please make sure we can safely access the exterior of your windows. We recommend unlocking gates and moving furniture, vehicles or other items that may prevent access.

Light rain doesn't always mean we need to cancel. If weather conditions make it unsafe or likely to affect the quality of the service, we'll contact you to arrange another suitable time.

Yes. Sanderson Services carries public liability insurance for the services we provide.

Absolutely. Depending on your property, we can also provide additional services such as:

$199 Window Cleaning Offer – Terms & Conditions

By booking the $199 Window Cleaning Offer with Sanderson Services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Offer Price
   The promotional price is $199 for eligible exterior residential window cleaning services.

2. New Customers Only
   This promotional offer is available to new Sanderson Services customers only and is limited to one promotional service per household/property unless otherwise approved by Sanderson Services.

3. Exterior Window Cleaning Only
   The $199 offer applies to exterior window glass only. Interior window cleaning, flyscreens, detailed tracks, detailed sills and other additional services are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

4. Property Eligibility
   The offer applies to standard residential properties that can be safely and reasonably serviced within the scope of the promotion. Sanderson Services reserves the right to determine whether a property is eligible for the promotional price.

5. Large or Non-Standard Properties
   Large homes, properties with an unusually high number or size of windows, multi-storey properties, difficult-access windows or properties requiring specialised access equipment may fall outside the $199 offer. An additional price or separate quotation may be provided before work commences.

6. Condition of Glass
   Standard window cleaning is intended to remove normal dirt, dust, water marks and general environmental build-up. Removal of paint, cement, render, silicone, adhesive, stickers, hard-water/mineral deposits, oxidation or other stubborn contaminants is not included and may require specialist restoration at an additional cost.

7. Access
   Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas being serviced, including unlocking gates and securing pets where required.

8. Safety
   Sanderson Services reserves the right not to clean any window or area that our technician considers unsafe or inaccessible. Safety decisions are made at the discretion of the technician attending the property.

9. Additional Services
   Any services outside the promotional inclusions will be discussed and quoted separately. No additional chargeable work will be undertaken without the customer's approval.

10. Weather
    Services may be postponed or rescheduled where weather conditions make the work unsafe or unsuitable. Sanderson Services will contact affected customers to arrange another suitable time.

11. Existing Damage
    Sanderson Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration or defects including damaged glass, seals, frames, screens, tinting, coatings or surrounding surfaces.

12. Payment
    Payment for the service is due in accordance with the payment terms provided at the time of booking or on the customer's invoice.

13. Service Area
    The promotional offer is available only within Sanderson Services' designated service area. Availability may vary depending on location and scheduling.

14. Offer Availability
    The $199 offer is subject to availability and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn by Sanderson Services at any time. Confirmed bookings will be honoured subject to the agreed booking conditions.

15. Final Scope
    Final eligibility and the scope of work will be confirmed by Sanderson Services. If a property falls outside the promotional scope, the customer will be advised of any additional cost before work proceeds.

Sanderson Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work where conditions are unsafe, access is unsuitable or the property falls materially outside the scope of the promotional offer.
